Fernando Magnet
Previously, Fernando worked at Bankia for 11 years, holding positions including Deputy Vice President and Director of Special Investments.
He has led several corporate transactions (Endesa, Iberia, Indra, etc.) and restructurings (City National Bank of Florida, Bankia, real estate companies, etc.). Fernando started his career at JP Morgan Asset Management in Madrid and Paris. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Quantitative Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
He has also completed several postgraduate programs at IESE Business School and IE Business School.
Manuel Garrido
Manuel previously worked at Bankia for over four years, where he held various roles and positions related to investments and restructuring.
He was Head of Non-Core Asset Divestments and Head of RE Strategy at Bankia, leading the bank’s divestment from its non-core assets. Prior to that, he worked in the M&A division at ABN AMRO Group in Europe.
Manuel holds an MSc from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and from Fachhochschule Trier / UBU.
Javier Pomeda
Previously, Javier worked as an auditor for 8 years at PwC and 5 years at KPMG in the financial audit department. He has extensive experience in audits and knowledge of the applicable legislation for entities regulated by the Bank of Spain and the CNMV.
Additionally, before joining his current company, Javier developed the Fund Administration department from scratch at Intertrust, a company specialized in the administration of entities, groups, and investment vehicles. He managed several private equity vehicles there.
Javier holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Guillermo Palacio
Before that, he worked for three years at Valliance, a real estate transaction advisory firm that also provides consulting and asset management services. He played an active role in several significant real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of real estate assets and portfolios, while also providing strategic advice during their execution. Guillermo started his career at CBRE Valuation Advisory, where he was part of the massive SAREB appraisal project, which included over 190,000 real estate assets with a total book value of over EUR 52 billion. He holds an MBA in Business Valuation from the IEB Business School and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) with a specialization in Banking and Finance.
Bosco del Castaño
Previously, Bosco worked for two years at Crédit Agricole in Corporate and Investment Banking within the Structured Finance department for Iberia, including Real Estate transactions.
He started his career at JB Capital Markets, where he was part of the Investment Banking team.
Bosco holds a degree in Bilingual Business Administration and Management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).
Nieves Domínguez
Nieves Domínguez has extensive experience in various national and international sectors. She began her professional career at C. de Salamanca, a Jaguar and Rolls Royce importer, in the area of importing and distributing vehicles to the company’s dealer network in Spain.
She later joined Russell Reynolds Associates, a headhunting firm specializing in the recruitment of senior executives, as an Executive Assistant to the Country Manager. After that, she joined Grupo Prisa as the Executive Assistant to the President of AINE, and later as the Executive Assistant to the Group’s CEO.
Since 2013, she has been the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at GuideBridge Capital.
Alejandro Entrecanales
Alejandro is the head of the investment company La Verdosa, which focuses on private equity, public equities, and real estate. In 2021, he took over the management of Bodegas Arrayán.
He previously worked in the Leveraged Buyouts group of Crédit Agricole in Madrid and has experience in various financial areas including asset management, capital markets, and structured finance at international firms such as AZ Valor, Whiteni Socimi, UBS, Barclays, and Storm Harbour Securities.
Alejandro holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Bilingual Business Administration from CUNEF.
Alejandro Gordo
Alejandro is the CEO of Afflux Property, a real estate investment company whose main activity is the investment in residential buildings in Madrid for development and subsequent sales.
He has over 15 years of experience in various areas of investment banking at Credit Suisse in London, Frankfurt, Milan, and Madrid, where he was responsible for the Financial Institution Strategic Solutions area for Spain, advising multiple banks and funds on Real Estate portfolio releases.
Previously, Alejandro worked at Barclays Capital and McKinsey. He was also an investor in idealista.com from its inception until its sale to Apax Partners in 2015.
Alejandro holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
Richard Hennessy
Richard is the founding partner of EuroStone, a real estate investment fund that focuses on the residential sector with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, and Paris.
He is also the founder of the group Histoire & Patrimoine, established in 2005, which is a real estate company dedicated to the rehabilitation of historic residential properties in France. This company handles design, marketing, project management, and asset management, and was sold to Altarea Cogedim in 2018.
Previously, Richard advanced his career at JP Morgan in London.
He graduated from HEC Business School in Paris, specializing in Finance.
David Mesonero
EX CFO de Grupo Prisa y Consejero de sus principales filiales (El País, AS, Prisa Radio y Santillana entre otras) desde 2021. David ha renegociado la deuda del Grupo reduciendo el coste, incluyendo criterios ESG, extendiendo vencimientos y ganando flexibilidad. Se incorporó en 2021 procedente de Iberdrola donde era Director de la División de Desarrollo Corporativo de Iberdrola.
Antes de su puesto en Iberdrola, David fue director financiero de Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, donde lleva trabajando más de 10 años. También es consejero de Windar, Iberdrola Renovables y Gazelle Wind Power e inversor privado en distintas empresas.
Además, fue nombrado uno de los 40 líderes en energía menores de 40 años más influyentes (premio Recharge4040) y la revista Wind Power Monthly también lo seleccionó como una de las 15 personas más influyentes en la industria eólica en 2020.
David tiene experiencia como consultor estratégico y banquero de inversión y está especializado en mercados de capitales y en el diseño de diferentes estructuras de financiamiento.

Javier de Muguiro
Managing Partner at MdF Family Partners, he holds a degree in Business Law from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE E-1) and completed an Advanced Course at the Institute of Social Communication.
Javier worked at Chase Manhattan (MHT) from 1980 to 1986, where he collaborated in the creation of the fixed-income capital market, of which he was in charge since its inception.
In 1986, he joined J.P. Morgan as head of origination and distribution of Private Fixed Income.
Later, he created the Private Banking group for Spain and Portugal at J.P. Morgan, which he led until 2002. Between 1997 and 2001, he was also responsible for the London and Northern Europe office, where he worked with the largest European family offices. He was a member of the Board of Directors of J.P. Morgan International.
From 2002, he served as an advisor or board member for various companies until he founded Achievers Family Office in 2004, advising family groups on their global strategy.
Javier is also a regular collaborator of the Esteban Vigil Foundation – Missionaries of María Mediatora.
Francisco de la Peña

Previously, he was the Marketing Director at Savills and American Telecom.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from M&B. He was awarded the Entrepreneur XXI Prize by La Caixa. He has completed postgraduate studies at Harvard and IESE.
Javier Aparicio
Javier has spent the last 5 years of his professional career in investment funds related to Real Estate and the hotel business, acting as CFO and as a board member of a company listed on BME Growth. These funds managed a portfolio greater than €800 million. Previously, he worked at EY on Real Estate, Retail, and Logistics projects as an external advisor, reporting to Financial Management and various Boards. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from Carlos III University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
José María Carbó
Jose María holds a degree in Hotel Management from Ecole Hôtelière Les Roches, Crans Montana, Switzerland, and The Swiss Hotel Association. With more than 25 years of experience, Jose María Carbó has dedicated his life to hotel management, serving in various senior management positions at companies such as Meliá, AC Hoteles, Oracle, Transhotel, Paradores, and ATOM GMA.
Estefanía Gómez
Estefanía holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) and a Master’s in International Business from ICEX. She has spent the last 18 years of her professional career in the tourism, hotel, and entertainment sectors, working as the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Director for leading companies in their fields, such as Paradores, Stage Entertainment, and Legends.
Óscar López
Óscar is a professional in the hotel sector, having graduated from the Glion Hospitality Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. With 20 years of experience, he has worked with various multinational companies in the hotel industry. His professional development has primarily been in positions of Corporate Management in Food and Beverage, General Management of hotels, and currently, he is mainly involved in Hotel Consultancy.
