Who is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data?

GUIDEBRIDGE, SGEIC, S.A. (hereinafter, “GuideBridge”) is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and hereby informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”).

The only personal data to which GuideBridge, SGEIC, S.A. will have access are those voluntarily provided by the user through the website www.guidebridge.es (hereinafter, the “Website”) and the forms available on the Website.

How long will we retain your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they are processed, unless applicable statutory limitation periods or legal obligations require their retention. Once retention is no longer necessary, the data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure their anonymisation or permanent destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged, except where necessary for the performance and fulfilment of the purposes of the processing, in which case data may be disclosed to our service providers responsible for communications-related services. The DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality agreements and data processing agreements required under applicable data protection legislation with such providers.

What are your rights?

The USER is entitled to exercise the following rights:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, data portability and erasure of personal data, as well as the right to restriction of processing and the right to object to processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the USER considers that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable legislation.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or other forms available on the Website, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally acknowledge that the requested data are necessary for the service provider to process their requests. Providing information in the remaining fields is voluntary.

The USER warrants that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are accurate and undertakes to notify the DATA CONTROLLER of any changes to such data.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs USERS that all data requested through the Website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. Failure to provide all the requested data may prevent the information and services provided from being fully tailored to the USER’s needs.

SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD governing the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. Accordingly, personal data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER warrants that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies and measures to ensure compliance with the security requirements established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, with the aim of protecting USERS’ rights and freedoms. The DATA CONTROLLER has also provided USERS with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise their rights.
